Former Presidents of Egypt and Tunisia both fall comatose after being ousted

First we heard that Hosni Mubarak lapsed into a coma immediately after his final speech to the nation, right before power was transferred to his vice-president, as reported by Al Arabiya.

Now comes word that the recently-ousted former President of Tunisia (where the current Middle Eastern uprising began) is now also in a coma, according to The Jerusalem Post.

What the heck is going on?
