Baptist minister beaten and tased by police at random “border checkpoint”; miles away from any border

He refused to let his car be searched for no reason, so he had his face ground into broken glass while he was tased repeatedly. This happened at some so-called “border patrol internal checkpoint” in Arizona that was nowhere near a border. They accused him of having drugs in his car but didn’t find any. Later they charged him with two misdemeanors related to the public disruption caused by the incident they created.

    OK, OK, so this guy got tortured with electrical volts and had his face ground into broken glass by a jackbooted thug because he asserted his 4th Amendment rights. But doesn’t he realize he’s eligible for a $400 credit?

    Let’s just be glad that they were so stupid that they forgot to cover their asses by planting some drugs.
