ADDITIONAL PUBLISHING COSTS

Revision Charges: If revisions need to be made after the proof copy has been approved, a $40 charge will apply to each revision of the cover, and a $40 charge for each revision to the text or interior.

Catalogue Fee: A $12 fee per year shall be levied to pay for the listing of each book in the Ingram Distribution catalogue used by booksellers throughout North America.

Embossed Covers: An additional one-time fee of $25 will be levied upon initial publication for the creation of a custom embossed stamp on hardcovers, if desired.
